Hyperion Construction completed a full tenant improvement at the Diamond Street Offices, transforming two floors of shell space into a modern office environment. The scope included non-structural partitions, custom millwork, ADA-compliant restrooms and showers, upgraded lighting and finishes, and a new outdoor amenity area with built-in BBQ and ADA ramp. This project showcases our ability to deliver high-end, functional workspaces tailored to client needs.
