Hyperion Construction partnered with Downtown Works to deliver a full exterior and lobby renovation in San Diego.

The scope included demolition, concrete work, decorative metals, storefront replacement, tile installation, and custom finishes. Highlights included a new guardrail system with integrated LED lighting, updated glazing, and a refreshed lobby entrance—enhancing the building’s curb appeal and tenant experience in the heart of downtown.
