​Hyperion Construction partnered with RPG Properties to renovate two commercial suites along North Coast Highway 101. The project included full interior and exterior upgrades—structural framing, roofing, custom cabinetry, high-end finishes, and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Designed for modern retail and office use, the space was transformed to reflect RPG’s elevated coastal brand and functionality.
