Hyperion Construction completed a full tenant improvement for Gen 5 Fertility Clinic, transforming a vacant shell space into a state-of-the-art medical facility. The scope included new consultation rooms, medical offices, and specialized infrastructure for fertility services, including medical gas systems, custom cabinetry, and high-end finishes throughout.
